We are looking for new team members to join our growing team as a Regional Real Estate Investment Associate. The Associate must have an interest in Real Estate Investments and must be an ambitious hard-worker who brings a positive and professional attitude. They will work closely with both the Sales team, Real Estate team, and Senior Management to create, and support initiatives that target the Real Estate Investor education marketplace. The ideal candidates will be driven, entrepreneurial-minded, and focused on helping themselves and others achieve financial freedom through real estate.

Where to find the best real estate deals
Tax & legal strategies
How to structure your each deal for asset protection and more
Creative acquisition & exit strategies
Creative financing, such as no-money-no-credit property acquisition
Hard money & private money lending
Fix & flips, and rehabbing
Short sales, foreclosures, REO's, auctions
Tax liens & tax deeds
Buy & hold - rentals & lease pptions
Seller financed notes
Multi-unit properties, and managing them
And much more
Develop, implement and manage marketing and investment strategies that ensures meeting annual goals
Discover and cultivate new qualified prospects
Follow up duties, calls, emails, and new client initiation
Engaging with team members to assess their needs and requirements for advancement
Attending and participating in industry workshops and sponsored events
No real estate investment or marketing experience required 2+ years sales experience preferred
Genuine interest in the real estate industry
Ability to work effectively and efficiently both individually and in group settings
Impeccable verbal & written communication skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Exceptional attention to detail
