$80,000 - $200,000+ / Yearly The Entrepreneur must have an interest in Real Estate Investments and Business Ownership as this program is the catalysis to begin one's entrepreneurial journey to financial freedom. They will work closely with both the Sales Executive team, and Senior Management to create, and support sales initiatives that target the Real Estate Investor marketplace. The ideal candidate will be driven and focused with a proven background in business development, and lead generation. Duties & Responsibilities
Develop, implement and manage sales strategies that ensures yearly sales objectives
Discover and cultivate new qualified sales prospects
Convert pre-qualified leads in several databases to new clients
Build long-term relationships by exceeding customer expectations for future sales
Follow up duties, calls, emails, and new client initiation
Co-hosting demonstrations for qualified clients
Engaging with team members to assess their needs and requirements for advancement
Attending and participating in industry workshops and sponsored events
1+ years experience in Sales preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Impeccable verbal & written communication skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Exceptional attention to detail
Flexible Work Schedule (Some after-hours availability may be required)
