They will work closely with both the Sales Executive team, and Senior Management to create, and support sales initiatives that target the Real Estate Investor marketplace. Position Details: - Work remotely in home office environment - ZERO Cold calling - ZERO marketing quotas - ZERO travel or in-person promotions - Commissions on education referrals are paid 2X week (Yes, every Tuesday/Friday) - Commissions range from $1,000-$10,000 Per Referral on tuitions - 50% direct commissions paid via direct-deposit - You will be assigned mentors who will train on aspects of business and help to design a marketing plan on your experience and skill set - Mentorship continues even after training period - Our informational process/presentations are all handled by management - Passive/residual income included for team leaders - No cap on income - Set your own hours (usually between 10-30 HRS/WK)
Duties & Responsibilities
Using 3-7 strategies to generate quality leads for potential investors/students (we provide training)
Scheduling interested candidates for organizational presentations
Experience in digital, print, social, SEO, or inbound marketing preferred
Sending emails/making follow-up phone calls with potential clients
Scheduling appointments for candidates to one-on-one phone conversations with Enrollment Specialists
Attend online training sessions and real estate workshops
Discover and cultivate new qualified sales prospects
Convert pre-qualified leads in several databases to new clients
Build long-term relationships by exceeding customer expectations for future sales
1+ years experience in Sales preferred
High School Diploma
General office skills (email, appointment setting, phone skills, ad placement)
Must be coachable and want mentorship
Must be interested in real estate investing
Previous marketing experience, sales, entrepreneurship, or business ownership highly preferred
Ambitious to achieve your dreams and become an investor yourself
Self-discipline to work unsupervised and grow your business
Home office with high speed internet an absolute must
